My version of healthy butter has only 2 ingredients - No Sugar, No Oil!
Homemade Almond butter is a nut paste made from grinding almonds into nut butter. It is healthier, delicious & super easy recipe.
It might look like the whole almond will never turn into creamy, buttery texture, but they always do.
Don’t give up! While preparing in a food processor is not an easy job. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes. But to get something original, believe me! everything is fare in cooking and being passion😊

Ingredients:
Almond – 700 gm, roasted
Sea salt – ½ tsp
Method-
Roasting method
1). Preheat the oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit or
2). Heat the pan and roast the almond about 6 to 8 minutes constantly until it fragrant.
Let the almonds cool completely to room temperature. Then transfer it to the food processor. Add a pinch of sea salt. Turn it on, scrapper the sides time to time. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to turn from nut to butter. And you’ll have almond butter ready.
Storage- Transfer it to an airtight container and store in refrigerator.
Tips- Never add hot almond in food processor, it may stick badly to the surface and sides and not scrap easily.
