(Wersja polska napisana poniżej:)
A warm yellow Dal is a split pulse or lentil. I call it lentil soup. It's flavorful, smooth, and full of protein. It's fast to prepare and is a great combination with plain rice or roti/ flatbread. I have prepared a simple plain dal, but it can be adding a handful of spinach and some of your choice of vegetables.
This dal is thick and creamy. In Hindi lentils are called "Dal".
