Dessert Shots

(Wersja polska napisana poniżej:)

After a meal everyone is craving dessert. But I’m not a huge fan of eating dessert after meals. I like dessert before a meal😊. After baking a masterpiece, it can be irresistible to gobble one bite…or two…or three. Perfect for party treats, these proportional treats will please your sweet tooth, without being tempting to overindulge.

You would want to make it for all your chocolate-loving friends and family!

Make this rich & decadent dessert shot with a repeated layer of frosting, and your choice of berries with a base of chocolate cake. It’s such an indulgent luxury treat. The best part is that you’ll need a few selected ingredients to make these delightful DESSERT SHOTS.

Watch the delight on everyone’s faces as they enjoy every bite of the dessert.

So, start the recipe without delay,

Yield – 6 pcs. Shot glasses

Timing – 40 minutes

Prep time – 20 minutes

Total- 1 hrs.

Ingredients:

Chocolate cake- 6 pcs as fitted in your shot’s glasses

Fresh Cream (36%)- 200gm

Powdered Sugar- 2 tbsp

Few drops of Vanilla essence

Garnishes:

Frosting

Strawberries & Cherries

Shot glasses

Cacao powder

Sugar syrup

Method-

Frosting preparation-

Pour the cream into another large bowl, add powdered sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence and whisk using a hand blender.

Whip the cream until you have a stiff peak- (be careful not to over whip). Prepare the piping bag by snipping off the tip and placing the nozzle in the center.

Fill the piping bag with the whipped cream, twist the top of bag tightly and hold it to the side until needed.

Garnishes-

Coat the rims of the shot’s glasses with sugar syrup, and then dip them in cacao powder. Add a dab of cacao powder to each glass.

Fill in the frosting as a base inside the glass, then put a slice of circular cake in it. Continue with the frosting and garnish with berries. Serve cold!

Note- Don’t whip the cream (frosting) over or under whipping. Any shot of glasses can be used for these desserts.

Storage- Refrigerate for 2-3 days, covering the top layers of frosting, otherwise the frosting will dry out.
