Green Tea with lemon

Updated: Apr 16, 2022

(Wersja polska napisana poniżej:)

My morning bed tea is GREEN TEA. It is sweet & sour tea. It provides lightness and freshness to start the day. Tea delights in the goodness of honey and lemon with all its benefits. It’s great for soothing sore throats.

Modest maintenance

Easy to make

A quick sip for any weather

If you want, you can also add a slice of ginger to the recipe. Just make a simple cup of tea in just a few minutes of brewing. Lemon has astringent properties and green tea contains antioxidants.

Perhaps you’re on the path of making changes in your life, and sometimes small simple changes make a significant difference. Having green tea with lemon & honey at night or bedtime also has many benefits (Promotes better quality sleep, reduces stress, prevents kidney stones, natural detox, improves digestion and invigorating taste).

There is nothing more satisfying than hot lemon tea on frosty days. What's your method to make it? I make green tea the way I like it. Green tea can help you burn fats and completely healthy beverages and keep the body warm even after a cozy drink.

Honey infuses the tea with the freshness of a few drops of lemon for a warm feeling when you want to relax! Did you know that adding fresh lemon to a cup of tea also helps balance the bitterness of green leaves and the mild sweetness of honey?

To improve health or throat, add a slice of ginger to make a refreshing drink "warm".

Yield – 2 cups

Timing – 4 minutes

Prep time – 1 minute

Total- 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Water- 2 cups

Green tea- 1/2 tsp

Honey- 2-3 tsp

Lemon juice- 1.5 tbsp

Method-

Pour water in a saucepan and bring it up to a boil. When you see bubbles in the pan, it’s time to add the tea leaves. Further, boil for 1-2 minutes. Add honey, stir it once. Boil it nicely. Now, after turning off the flame add lemon juice. Mix once and strain the tea into a cup. Serve hot!

Note- You can also add slices of lemon directly to the cups. To avoid reheating. Serve freshly prepared. Add another teaspoon of honey if you prefer it to be sweeter.
