Halloumi is a semi-hard, unripen cheese consisting of sheep's and goat's milk, and sometimes with cow's milk. It can be easily fried or grilled. You can use it as a substitution for meat also.
Grilled sandwiches are always an easy task. I usually make it when I'm super hungry. It's my favorite quick brunch breakfast. It's crunchy, saucy, and flavorful in taste and texture. If you like cheese, you'll love this kind of sandwich. It takes hardly 7 minutes to make your customized sandwich.
