Instant Egg Paratha

This recipe does not require kneading or rolling the dough. Instant Egg Paratha made of liquid batter. This is a quick and time-saving recipe. You can make this recipe for breakfast or in quick snacks. If you don't know how to knead, this recipe is for you. Now cook with joy, not a headache. I am sure you will love this paratha. Yield – 3 servings

Timing – 20 minutes

Prep time – 10 minutes

Total- 30 min



Ingredients:

Universal Flour- 2 cups, 300 gm

Green chili- 2 nos., chopped

Red bell pepper- 2 tbsp, chopped

Yellow bell pepper- 2 tbsp, chopped

Onion- 3 tbsp, chopped

Coriander leaves- 3 tbsp, chopped

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder- ½ tsp

Red chili powder- ½ tsp

Cumin powder- ½ tsp

Egg- 4 nos., beaten

Milk- ½ cup

Water as per required for batter

Oil for cooking



Method-

Take a small bowl and add egg. Beat the eggs nicely. Now, place a mixing bowl. Add flour, chopped green chili, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, coriander leaves and salt to taste. Then, add powdered spices- black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin powder.


Further, add beaten eggs, milk and water gradually to make the liquid batter. Then, put it aside for a while.


Heat the pan, sprinkle some oil. Pour the batter into the heated pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes then turn to the other side again cook for another 3-4 minutes. Take it out and serve hot with ketchup or your favorite sauce.


Note- Make the batter flow. Don’t add a lot of water. 

Storage- It can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
