Instant Mug Cake in Microwave

This is my own version of the Instant Microwave Mug Cake in two ways. One is Vanilla with Choco Chip and other is Chocolate Hazelnut is a truly decadent & great perk for nights, when I got involved in writing my blog and suddenly realized I was starving at midnight & needed a yummy dessert that is ready in less than 5 minutes!!

The mug cake is super soft, gooey, warm bite. Of course, it is your late-night quick recipe for your small hunger. This mug gourment is delicious packed with choco chips.

Yield – 2 mugs, 2 servings

Timing – 2 minutes

Prep time – 5 minutes

Total- 7 minutes


Vanilla Choco chip

Ingredients:

Flour- 6 tbsp

Sugar- 3 tbsp

Baking powder- ¼ tsp

Salt- ¼ tsp

Milk- 7 tbsp

Oil- 2 tbsp

Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Choco chip- 1 tsp


Chocolate Hazelnut

Ingredients:

Flour- 6 tbsp

Sugar- 3 tbsp

Baking powder- ¼ tsp

Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp

Salt- ¼ tsp

Milk- 7 tbsp

Oil- 2 tbsp

Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Hazelnut- 1 tbsp



Method-

In a large mug, mix all ingredients until combined. Once combined, spoon them onto the batter.

Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill out (depending on the size of mug). Cool it for a minute before eating. Enjoy your bite!


Note- Ingredients depend on the mug size. So, keep that in mind.
