Salty Mint Lemonade

Here is my simple, salty, minty, zesty lemonade, do try it in your home kitchen. It is such a relief refreshing water on tanning sunny days. I love this lemonade, and I'm quite sure you'll like it as well. I invite you to experience such a mesmerizing, tasty drink. Which will calm your senses.

Mint is incredibly good for digestion, and keeps your stomach relieve from irritation.

Let's try this amazing recipe,


Yield – 2 servings

Timing – 5 minutes

Prep time – 5 minutes

Total- 10 min


Ingredients:

Lemon- ½ juice, 50 ml

Mint leaves- 7-8 strings, fresh

Salt to taste

Jaljeera powder- 1 tsp

Water- 2 glasses

Ice cubes for serving

Method-

Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice, and set aside. Separate the mint leaves from the stalk. Put it into the blending jar and add a little water, blend nicely. Drain it using a strainer.

Now, add the desired amount of water, lemon juice, jaljeera powder and salt to taste. Mix well.


Note- Jaljeera powder itself is a bit salty so, be careful when adding extra salt to the drink. 

Storage- Can be refrigerated for 1 day.
