Strawberry Smoothie

It’s Berries Season

Are you ready to indulge healthy drink from these berries? Whenever I visit the grocery stores or Berries shops, I go nuts! Ballistic!! I can’t stop myself without nabbing at least a few packages. “I love berries”.

In trying to rationalize these behaviors, they have immense health benefits. This is one of the healthiest foods on the planet. As we age, we need more antioxidants to combat these free radicals. Berries help us stay young.

So, let’s get started,


Yield – 1 serving

Timing – 1 minute

Prep time – 1 minute

Total- 2 min


Ingredients:

Strawberry 8-10 nos.

Yogurt- 100ml

Chia seeds - 1/4 tsp

Honey - 1 tbsp


Method-

Clean the strawberries. Cut off the ends, then add to the blender along with all ingredients in a blending jar. Process until smooth. Enjoy!


Note- You can use frozen berries instead of fresh ones.

Storage- Consume it immediately.
