Ingredients:
Milk- 2 cups
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Honey- 1 tsp, optional
Method-
Heat the milk in a pan. Now, turn off the flame and then add turmeric powder. Add honey or sugar, it's completely optional. Stir it once, have it HOT!
Note- Instead of cow’s milk, you can use any other milk such as almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, nut milk, or lactose-free milk.
