Tea is the cornerstone of your mornings and many others' mornings, and if it's light, how perfect is that no... Oat milk could really work with tea (CHAI), especially if you don’t boil it along with water. Just heat it separately or you can microwave it over high heat for less than 30 sec. It will work well.
“Chai is a Hindi name of tea”
To make a basic tea, you always need 4 basic ingredients- water, milk (dairy or non-dairy), sugar and black tea leaves. I used loose tea leaves- To make Indian style tea, just use loose or bagged tea leaves that is black one. You can easily find them at Indian or general grocery stores. There are so many brands, and everyone has their own preferences. I especially like “Tata Tea Gold”.
Vegan Tea is a plant-based lactose-free oat. It is free from soy and nuts, also full of vitamin B. To be honest, the taste of the tea is authentic, but the only difference is not with a Dairy milk. You feel the lightness of the milk. Don't worry if you are on a restricted diet, this tea will give you complete satisfaction.
No recipe is perfect. The only difference is that if you like it, the same recipe will be perfect. do you agree or not? Traditional Chai (tea) is always made from dairy milk, so try this non-dairy milk and I'm sure you will be delighted with its taste.

So, start your day with this easy non-dairy authentic tea,
Yield – 3 cups
Timing – 10 minutes
Prep time – 5 minutes
Total- 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Oats Milk- 1.5 cups, warm
Water- 2.5 cups
Tea leaves- 1 tsp
Sugar- 3 tsp
Ginger- ½ tsp grated
Method-
Heat a pan. Then add water, loose tea leaves (black) and sugar. Bring it to a boil together for 3-5 minutes. Now add grated ginger, mix well, and boil once. Further turn off the flame. Strain the tea with a strainer in a jar.
And lukewarm the oat milk separately in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds at high speed, but you can be heated on gas, induction is optional, it depends on your choice.
Further, place a cup and pour the prepared tea into it, and then milk. Once mixed. Serve hot!
Note- Other spices can be added such as fennel seeds, cinnamon, cardamon etc. If you can’t find oat milk, the next best alternative is Soy milk. Follow the same recipe, just use soy milk instead of oats milk in that case.
Storage- This tea (Chai) is best served immediately. I don’t recommend making tea and then reheating it- doesn’t taste the same.
